Wind energy

Eneco Luchterduinen Offshore Windfarm– C-Delta provided construction management services for the design, fabrication, installation and commissioning of offshore windfarm Luchterduinen, which was completed summer 2015. The following activities were managed:

Windfarm commissioning
Norther Offshore Windfarm – C-Delta provided dual FEED and Tender Management services for the design, fabrication, installation and commissioning of the Norther offshore windfarm. Offshore windfarm Norther is the biggest OWF in Belgium located 23 km offshore and consisting of 44 V-164 8,4 MW turbines. The total installed capacity will be 370 MW. Project owners are Elicio NV, Eneco B.V. and Diamond Generating Europe (a wholly owned subsidiary of Mitsubishi Corporation). The following activities were managed:
- Tender process management with dual FEED
- Tender document set up
- Under EU tender regulation
- Review and Assess Contractor’s Bids
- Negotiate Contract Conditions under FIDIC Yellow
- Finalize contract content
- Manage site data survey campaigns
  Financial close for this project was achieved in December 2016
Norther Offshore Windfarm – C-Delta is providing Construction Management services for the design, fabrication, installation and commissioning of the Norther offshore windfarm. The following activities were managed:
Tender, Contracting and Execution of UXO survey, data processing and UXO offshore removal
Subsea Rock Installation for scour protection around Monopiles and at Third Party Cable Crossings

Offshore windfarm Luchterduinen is located 23 km offshore in The Netherlands and consists of 43 of the Vestas V-112 3 MW turbines. The total installed offshore capacity is 129 MW. Luchterduinen is owned 50/50 by Eneco and Mitsubishi Corporation.
Blauwwind Offshore Windfarm – Construction Readiness Reviews were performed for foundation installation and cable installation, whereby the project team was interviewed and the level of preparation was evaluated.
Grid operator project through Blue Marine Contracting– C-Delta provided advice on the tender and contracting approach for UXO mitigation Services
Grid operator project through Blue Marine Contracting – C-Delta provided advice on Cable Burial Risk mitigation and Trencher Performance review
Windpark Fryslan – C-Delta is providing Construction Management services for the design, fabrication, installation and commissioning of Windpark Fryslan, which is to be constructed in the IJsselmeer in the Netherlands

Dredging, coastal and dike construction

Several projects were managed both internationally and in the Netherlands, among other Room for the River project Avelingen and the Noordwaard in the Netherlands.
