Claim management

During a project sometimes a difference of opinion arises. For example, about contract execution, quality of delivery or more and less work. Sometimes parties come into conflict, which jeopardizes the progress of the project.

In situations where the regular contract management process does not provide sufficient relief, C-Delta can perform as claim manager. We can objectively analyze a disruption or dispute in the project and work it out in a file. It is also possible that we perform a review of an existing file as a second opinion. Before negotiations take place with the contract partner, the feasibility will be determined on the basis of the available file. Whenever possible, we isolate the dispute from the construction work, so that the project is not unduly delayed. The dispute will then be handled in parallel and, if necessary, will continue after completion.
